Gordon Biersch
|
Dan Gordon’s lifelong dream was realised in
March 1997 when the first batch of beer was
brewed at their state-of-the-art brewery and
bottling facility in San Jose. The 114,000 square-
foot facility has the capacity to produce 85,000
barrels of authentic German-style lager.
Gordon
Biersch uses the highest quality two-row malted
barley, Hallertauer hops, and German yeast from
Weihenstephan, and the brewing process is carefully monitored
to ensure the consistent high
quality of their lagers. |
