Flora Springs Select Cuvee Chardonnay The Select Cuvee Chardonnay is made from three different vineyards that produced fruit exhibiting its own characteristic flavors and terroir. Selections from these vineyards comprise the Select Cuvee Chardonnay. It draws on the tropical fruit accents of Carneros (southern Valley), the peach and pear flavors of Oakville (mid-Valley) and the palate richness of St. Helena (more northern Valley). The intricate balance of fruit, oak (100% new) and acidity combine to give you a most distinctive vinous experience. Try this wine only slightly chilled to enhance all of its flavors and textures.
